About the game
The colony on a new planet is living out its last days: the ground shakes, volcanoes wake up, and the resources ran out before hope did. Fanatics await the cleansing, raiders revel in the chaos, everyone else has given up.
You are a mechanic who refuses to give up. Build a machine from modules and race across the wilds for rocket parts: an engine, fuel, rare modules. You can’t stop — only slow down, dodge and shoot first. Haul it all to the spaceport and take off. Didn’t make it? A new run, a new map and new unlocks.

FAQ
What carries over between runs?
Money and modules are lost with a failed attempt. But new modules, starting cabins and locations unlock — every next run starts with more options.
How do you control the machine?
The machine always drives forward. You change speed and steer smoothly left and right across the road, while aiming and firing the turrets yourself, like in a shooter.
How does a run end?
In victory — if you haul every part to the spaceport, build the rocket and fly away. In defeat — if the machine doesn’t make it.
Is there multiplayer?
No, WheelHunter is a single-player game.
When does it come out?
In Early Access in the first half of 2027. Wishlist WheelHunter on Steam so you don’t miss it.
Why Early Access?
The game will be fully playable: 6 biomes and over 100 modules. But a procedurally generated roguelite can’t be balanced without players, so we’ll gather feedback and run statistics and tune the balance based on them.
Will the price go up after Early Access?
We don’t plan to. But if the world economy intervenes, we can’t rule it out.
Can I play with a gamepad?
Yes, gamepad support will arrive by the Early Access launch. Steam Deck — later.
What are the system requirements?
We’ll publish them closer to release.
